Our business includes production and wholesale of food supplements products and multi-complexes to improve the quality of health, affiliate marketing, traffic and lead generation, FinTech, software development and search projects.

Sales Trainer
Acquario Call is an international high-tech company founded in 2014. Our business includes: production and wholesale of food supplements products and multi-complexes to improve the quality of health, affiliate marketing, traffic and lead generation, FinTech, software development and search projects. There are over 800 employees from different countries working in the company. We have representative offices in the following regions: Europe, Latin America, Africa (Nigeria, Ghana).

In our quest to build a stronger team to promote the distribution of our product, we have opened a vacancy for a Sales Trainer for the operation of a call center.

Responsibilities:

Conducting training events and sales trainings for the call center operator (product trainings, developing communication skills and working with clients);
Assistance to supervisors and managers on current tasks;
Listening to telephone conversations of agents and feedback;
Handling complaints/claims against operators
Carrying out relevant transactions with operators on issues related to issues
Providing reports to Management;
Interaction with departments

Requirements:

Experience as a sales trainer in call centers or sales departments for 2 years;
Knowledge of English at an advanced level;
Ability to plan and feed control over the work of consultants;
Theoretical and practical base on the stages of sales and the ability to work with each stage;
High learning ability, time management skills, and initiative.
